CLASSIC IS KEY. Cocktails are tried-and-true, and use spirits like sherry and port (and even beer), in thoughtful ways. Our many vermouths offer a new way to look at the martini. We are into handmade. In fact, our barkeeps are busy squeezing juices, making purees and gathering local ingredients to mix-up the perfect libation.
And there's something we're especially proud of at Red Owl: We have one of the largest selections of bourbons, scotches and gins in Philadelphia.

DIAMOND IN THE RUFF
2 oz. Banks Rum
1/2 oz. Rothman & Winter Apricot
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1 bar spoon Sugar
Top with Magic Hat#9
Swizzle in a highball glass.
BLACK FRIARS PINT
2oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz Cardamom & Cinnamon spiced Guinness 3/4oz Lustau East India Sherry Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Bar Spoon Agave nectar
2 bar spoons egg white
Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with a little grated cinnamon.
